Lawrence Washington Jr. is a communicator that help people recognize and overcome obstacles and leverage opportunities through speaking, mindset coaching, and training.

He has about 15 years of speaking, mentoring, coaching, supervising, and training. Most of which, with the at-risk youth.

Lawrence is a man of faith, grateful husband, and an inherently devout father to six children (five girls and one boy). He was born and raised on the south side of Chicago by his amazing parents, Lawrence Sr. and Donna Washington.

After personally overcoming depression, and thoughts of giving up after the death of his dear mother, Donna Washington, surviving the Flint Water Crisis with his wife and six children,  overcoming personal insecurities,  Lawrence has helped thousands of people find purpose in adversity with wisdom and passion.
